Information on data protection

How we process your data.

Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/16, we hereby provide you with the following information about the processing that may follow the completion and submission of the data in this form.

The data that you have entered into the web form together with any documentation sent may, with your express consent, be used for the processing of personal data solely for the purposes of selection of candidates to fill vacant positions within the Finstral Group (Finstral plants and branches in Italy and abroad) with the aim of generating a future contractual relationship (content to be determined).

The completion of the application form and your consent to the above processing purpose are voluntary. We cannot accept your application without your consent to the processing of personal data as set out in the form. We would remind you that data marked with * (asterisk) must be provided in order that your application can be processed. Should these data not be submitted, it may not be possible for us to consider your application, nor may it be possible to collect the data themselves or to collect them as specified in the completion phase. Completion of the other data on the web form is optional and you can decide for yourself whether or not to complete these fields.

The data submitted with your application will be administered and managed by staff from the human resources department and the relevant managers, who will gain knowledge of the personal data and are thus expressly tasked and accordingly instructed for this purpose by the Data Controller.

The data submitted may be communicated to subsidiaries of Finstral AG in order to evaluate your application. The data will not be transmitted to third countries outside of the EU.

Your personal data will be kept for a maximum period of 24 months or until you request its deletion. In the event of the existence of a legitimate interest or of a legal requirement, the data may only be kept in specific archives and only for the absolute time required.

We would remind you that you have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data from the Data Controller and to request the correction or deletion of such data or the limitation of processing, to object to processing and to order the transfer of the data; you may use the above contact information in order to exercise these rights.
You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting the Data Controller at the specified e-mail addresses or by using the methods specified in the processing means.
You also have the option of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority – in Italy the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
